Our Nonprofit

God’s Neutral Zone (GNZ) is a Public Charity 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with tax-exempt status under IRS/IRC Section 170. All donations made to the organization are tax-deductible.

The GNZ was formed for the sole purpose of bringing peace, stability, and unity to our inner cities. We believe in fostering strong and compassionate relationships between citizens and law enforcement through continuous engagement, education, and recreation.

GNZ will provide stellar recreational facilities with appearances from professional athletes, vocational training programs, GED certifications, and community events that encourage positive interaction among citizens, police officers, and professional athletes.

The true profits of this nonprofit will be measured not in dollars, but in improved communication between citizens and police, increased community involvement, and mutual understanding through ongoing interaction. By creating opportunities for both personal and professional engagement, GNZ aims to eliminate fear, misjudgment, and prejudice on both sides.

We believe that when people demonstrate concern and engage in continuous interaction, understanding grows. When understanding grows, fear fades. When fear fades, compassion flourishes. And when compassion becomes the rule, the environment becomes fertile ground for greatness.

Professional athletes play a vital role in GNZ’s mission. Their involvement includes motivational speaking engagements, autograph sessions, hands-on training sessions, and tax-exempt financial contributions that directly support GNZ programs.

Through vocational education and certification, GNZ will promote safety, livelihood, and opportunity by targeting industries specific to each city we serve.

Initial funding will come from donations by concerned citizens and businesses, as well as from individuals with a heart for progress in our inner cities. GNZ will also seek future federal and state grants where applicable.

We are a nonprofit organization for the citizens, for the police, and for America. Together, we will build communities rooted in understanding, safety, compassion, and opportunity.
