Transformational Programs

Initiative: Integrated Education, Vocational, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Recreation Campus

The proposed initiative is the development of a secure, multi-use campus, with satelite mobile units, designed to deliver educational advancement, vocational training, workforce readiness, and holistic wellness services in a centralized, accessible environment.

The primary campus will be configured as either a multi-story facility or a coordinated set of buildings to maximize land use efficiency, safety, and programmatic flexibility.

The need of this initiative responds to the communities underserved in job skills training, educational opportunities/support, safe recreational spaces, and structured environments that promote long-term economic stability and personal well-being.
